The
Internet and Domain Name Possibilities & Opportunities Have Changed
Significantly!
The "dot.com" domain name
gold-rush is back!
We
have some very interesting profit potential information we want to convey
to you asap!
Not
all internet domain registrars handle the new 67 character domain names,
and not all are financially stable or reliable companies, so go to and
start registering your long and targeted domain(s) NOW!
Normally we would
use this type information in our "Small Business Ezine" electronic
newsletter, but we could not wait to tell you about this and it is a time
sensitive issue so the sooner we tell you the faster you may take advantage
of this money making opportunity!
Are you wondering
exactly what we are so excited about? Well here it is...
As of not too long
ago, you can now register domain names up to 67 characters in length,
including the ".com" or ".net" or ".org"
extensions. No longer will you be limited to the previous 22 character
domain names!
You maybe saying "So
what? What good is this to me?"
Well here are the
facts... so pay close attention because you need to protect your business...
and this is also an exciting opportunity to make a lot of money in a relatively
short time and with very low investment costs!
Let's summarize some
reasons, then we will explain the details:
- Register domain
names that are "catchy" or popular words, and in demand in
the hope of selling the domain for a large profit in the future (For
example, ForSaleByOwner.com sold for more than 800,000 dollars!
The long 26 character domain BusinessDomainNamesForSale.com was sold
by 3-G for $1,250 in Nov 2000. That was one of the early (perhaps
the very first) long domain name to sell which was more than the old
22 character limit, plus the extension.
- Register new domain
names for your firm and company products which are more than 22 characters
long. For example, we registered www.CorporateCommunications.com,
but before the registrar change we could not do as it exceeded the old
small size limit by 1 character.
- Register a better
domain name than what you now have For example, if your internet-domain-name
is difficult to remember, has a .net or .org extension, or a lesser
valued country-code extension such as .ws, .cc and others, you can get
a dot-com address to much better suit your business and likely have
more value.
- Register "KEYWORD
RICH" domain names that are going to help skyrocket your search
engine rankings! (That's right just by using keyword saturated domain
names you can drastically improve your search engine rankings... really
it's that easy!)
- Register your
own personal or firm name as a domain. For example, names such as www.eCorporateCommunications.com.
You can place whatever you want in front of the extension since www.YourFullName.com
is unique to you, and length is no longer a problem. Not to mention
how neat it is to have your own business or personal name on the Web.
During the mid-90's when the Internet was still young and started getting
popular, a few people saw a unique opportunity. Relying on the idea that
the Internet was going to become massive, they started buying domain names.
Why? So when the Internet did become huge and the large corporations decided
it was time to capitalize on this new marketing medium, they could turn
around and sell these domain names to the big corporations for a zillion
times the price they paid!
Imagine if you had purchased Loans.com or
AsSeenOnTV.com when they first became available! You would be a millionaire
today with almost no work or investment on your part! The domain business.com
was sold for $7,500,000!... WallStreet.com sold for 1 million dollars
... and the list goes on.
Now don't get me wrong, this quality of domain names is no longer available...
but allowing domain names up to 67 characters has completely expanded
your opportunity to register domain names that would not have been available
otherwise. All of the good one word ".com" domains are still
taken but catchy phrases and longer company names over 22 characters are
now available! There are thousands of domains sold every day, some for
tens of thousands of dollars, to corporations that want the domain you
own.
You also want to protect your business and product names.
To give you an idea, we were never able to register the domain names
www.BusinessFranchiseOpportunity.com, www.AdvertisingOpportunities.com
and www.3gWirelessCommunications.com because they were too long, but
thanks to the change at the registrar level in expanding name size we
were able to register these and others. If someone had registered those
great domain names before us, we would have had to buy them at high cost.
All they had to do was register those domains for a mere $15 U.S. and
they could have charged many times that in profit! (Fortunately we got
to them before anyone else did!)
We are not telling you this so you can do this to other people
or companies... but telling you this so you can protect your own company
names, product names, etc from people that ARE low enough to do
this to you. Also, importantly to increase your business thanks to more
traffic and better search engine rankings with highly targeted domains
Register some new long-domains now! Protect yourself and your business
interests, while also increasing your business profits.
This long-domain-names opportunity will not last forever. If you do not
jump on this NOW, and wait you may very well lose out. Unless you act
fast, all of the good ".com" long domain names that are in demand
(over 22 characters) will be gone soon, trust us on this!
This is also an opportunity to get that domain name that really suits
your business and is well targeted.
If you were one of the unfortunate ones who settled for a domain name
which really did not suit your Internet Business or were even stuck with
a .net or .org address, this is your chance to get the domain name that
reflects your company and will be easily remembered!
By the way, still another much overlooked opportunity is to buy a number
of long domains describing your products and services using important
keywords and phrases. Then simply automatically redirect the traffic to
you main website.
This is known as the "Traffic Catcher" method of grabbing
well targeted web-traffic to your website, thanks to web-surfers going
to the traffic-catcher domain either via so called Address Bar type-in's,
or search engines listings.
You may ask "Is there a difference between .net and .com?"
Most definitely YES, if you are only using a ".net" address
and not a ".com" address, you are losing many website surfers
and visitors. Everyone remembers ".com" before ".net",
it's that simple. Even most web-browsers, if the extension is not entered,
will default to ".com". If you only have a .net website address
because you could not find a good dot.com that suited your online business
presence, now you can do so with a targeted and descriptive long domain
name!
"Keyword Phrases" are now a HOT opportunity... a catch phrase
alone can generate a giant source of traffic to your website. For example,
we registered these names (plus many others):
www.HaveYourCreditCardReady.com
www.FindItInTheYellowPages.com (No, it's not a trademark)
Why? Because they are catchy!
Not only are these well known phrases catchy but they can also boost
your search engine rankings.
Search engines love url's that are saturated
with keywords!
Think of all the keywords and key phrases for your product/service/website
and put them in your URL. Load the domain name with your best keywords
to get ranked higher in the search engines. Then submit that URL to the
search engines... and have it redirect to your main site or use it as
a 'doorway' page as we talk about in the course (to get a much higher
ranking in the search engines) to forward traffic to you.
Here are several highly targeted URL's which rank well on the major search
engines and only took a few minutes of brain-storming to come up with...
The last two are examples of registering your first and last name as a
domain, either full name or abbreviated.
www.international-mobile-communications.com
www.InternationalMobileCommunications.com
www.arizona-real-estate-broker.com
www.ArizonaRealEstateBroker.com
www.business-opportunity-ezine.com
www.BusinessOpportunityEzine.com
www.certificate-of-authenticity.com
www.CertificateOfAuthenticity.com
www.commodity-trading-advisor.com
www.CommodityTradingAdvisor.com
www.electronic-communications.com
www.ElectronicCommunications.com
www.DaveGreen.org
www.DGreen.org
It is that easy! Imagine if you spent a few hours racking your brain
what you could come up with.
You may have noticed that I gave examples with hyphens and without hyphens...
it is a little known fact that search engines prefer URL's with hyphens
and visitor prefer them without - so make sure you register both if
available.
Not all internet domain registrars handle the new 67 character domain
names, and not all are financially stable or reliable companies, so go
to and start registering your long and targeted domain(s) NOW!
Start brainstorming and coming up with names right away and register
as soon as you can... for as low as $7.85 you cannot go wrong. It is only $16
for 2-years... it does not get any cheaper than this combined with the
quality of service and support from the 3-G Registry! YOU CAN'T LOSE!
A good ".com" address should easily pay for itself a thousand
times over... faster than any ".net" or ".org" or
country code domain ever could, though some good real-term and targeted
.org's have surprisingly good value and potential.
